Disclosed is a beverage composition comprising a mixture of a protein hydrolysate and vitamin B2 and also comprising a sufficient amount of ascorbic acid to prevent the formation of abnormal odor in the mixture when the mixture is exposed to light. In the beverage composition, the formation of abnormal odor upon exposure to light can be improved. Also disclosed are: a method for preventing the formation of abnormal odor in a beverage composition comprising a protein hydrolysate and vitamin B2; a process for producing a beverage composition comprising a protein hydrolysate and vitamin B2; and an agent for preventing the formation of abnormal odor in a beverage composition comprising a protein hydrolysate and vitamin B2, which comprises ascorbic acid as the main ingredient.

L'invention concerne une composition de boisson comprenant un mélange d'hydrolysat de protéine et de vitamine B2 et comprenant également une quantité suffisante d'acide ascorbique pour prévenir la formation d'odeur anormale dans le mélange lorsque ledit mélange est exposé à la lumière.
