The invention relates to a method for printing a printable fabric, wherein the printable fabric is printed by way of a printing mold-based printing method, particularly by way of an offset printing method, having a print image that is uniform and thus static for printed copies of a printing order, and in addition to the printing mold-based printing method by way of a printing mold-free printing method, particularly by way of an ink jet printing method, having a variable and thus dynamic print image for the printed copies of the printing order. According to the invention, after the static and dynamic printing of the printable fabric, each printed copy is detected by at least sectionally measuring and recorded such that each printed copy can be verified in regard to the authenticity thereof.
