The invention concerns a method for printing on cylindrical bodies varnished decorations exhibiting simultaneously shiny patterns and matt or dull-glazed patterns which consists in: selecting, on the basis of the pattern to be printed, a matt ink or a gloss ink according to the final appearance desired in that part of the decoration; printing each of said patterns with said ink; and immediately after printing applying a glossy varnish on the whole surface of the tubular body.

Procédé d'impression sur corps cylindriques de décors vernis présentant simultanément des motifs brillants et des motifs mats ou satinés dans lequel on choisit, suivant le motif à imprimer, une encre mate ou une encre brillante en fonction de l'aspect final recherché en cette partie du décor, en ce qu'on imprime chacun desdits motifs avec ladite encre et en ce qu'on applique aussitôt après l'impression un vernis brillant su l'ensemble de la surface du corps tubulaire.
