The invention relates to a method for processing bast-fiber materials involving loosening a material, placing said material in an aqueous medium, hydrodynamically processing material successively in two modes: first, in a continuous mode by performing a hydrodynamic wave field action, and then in a pulsed mode by performing an impact wave action, wherein the pressure amplitude of the positive wave phase in the continuous mode is less than the pressure amplitude of the positive wave phase in the pulsed mode, and removing the material from the aqueous medium. The invention makes it possible to produce a high quality catonin, the linear density of which is equal to or less than 0.3 tex with the optimal energy consumption of the production process.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de matières en fibres libériennes consistant à ouvrir la matière, à placer cette matière dans un milieu aqueux, à traiter hydrodynamiquement la matière en deux modes successifs, tout d'abord en mode continu par l'action d'un champ d'ondes hydrodynamique, puis en mode pulsé par l'action d'ondes de choc, l'amplitude de pression de la phase positive de l'onde en mode continu étant inférieure à celle de la phase positive de l'onde en mode pulsé, puis à retirer la matière du milieu aqueux. Le procédé de cette invention permet de produire de la cotonnine de grande qualité présentant une densité linéaire n'excédant pas 0,3 tex avec un processus de traitement présentant un niveau optimal de consommation d'énergie.
