A fish head, after being heated and softened, is broken down into its nose cartilage and various residues by being rotated and crushed, after a fish head. The method of processing a fish head also includes the following steps: separating the nose cartilage into an end proboscis part and a rear part; making a paste by removing fats after making comminutions of the cartilage; making a paste by removing the fats after making comminutions of the end proboscis part; making a paste of the aforesaid rear part; making a raw material from which to extract chondroitin sulfate, after removing the fats of the nose cartilage; making a powder from the paste of the end proboscis part; and making a powder from the paste of the rear part. Through the above methods it is possible to break down a fish head into its various parts easily and accurately; in particular, to separate the nose cartilage from the rest of the fish head, to break down the nose cartilage into the end proboscis part and the rear part, and to make the above parts, including the residues, into products having forms that are easy to handle and utilize.
Un procédé permettant de traiter des têtes de poissons comprend les étapes suivantes : on ramollit les têtes de poissons en les chauffant puis on sépare les têtes de poissons en une partie cartilage nasal et en une partie restante au moyen de l'application d'une force de rotation accompagnée d'un choc, et on divise ensuite le cartilage nasal en une partie de bout et une partie postérieure, on coupe la partie de bout en petits morceaux puis on élimine la graisse de ces derniers pour former une pâte et on traite également la partie postérieure pour former une pâte. L'étape consistant à éliminer la graisse de la partie cartilage nasal permet d'obtenir une matière de laquelle on peut extraire le sulfate de chondroïtine et l'étape de traitement de la partie cartilage nasal ou de la partie de bout sous forme de pâte est suivie d'une pulvérisation. A l'aide de ce procédé les têtes de poissons peuvent être facilement et sûrement divisées. De manière plus spécifique, le cartilage nasal prélevé sur les têtes de poissons peut être ensuite divisé à nouveau en partie de bout et en partie postérieure et toutes les parties y compris les parties restantes peuvent être traitées sous forme de produits faciles à utiliser.
