The invention relates to a method for producing matrix material from thermoplastic wastes originating from communal and industrial rubbish. The invention is characterized in that a) the base material plastic waste is primary cleaned if necessary, depending on its solid contamination, b) after the possible primary cleaning step if necessary, the plastic waste is inputted into a recovering machine, where due to the pressure in the recovering machine and the heat transmitted to the material, the waste becomes a largely melted, nearly homogeneous and mostly fused mixture, c) the largely melted mixture is transferred into a heated internal mixing machine where the material is intensively mixed while adding heat, and d) if required, the melted material is transferred into a making-up machine, where matrix material blocks or matrix material products are produced. The invention relates also to the matrix material and the composite material produced from the matrix material.
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de matrice à partir de déchets thermoplastiques provenant de rebuts communaux et industriels. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que a) les déchets de matière plastique du matériau de base sont tout d'abord nettoyés si nécessaire, en fonction de leur pollution solide, b) après la possible étape de nettoyage préalable si cela est nécessaire, les déchets de matière plastique sont reçus en entrée dans une machine de récupération où, en raison de la pression dans la machine de récupération et de la chaleur transmise au matériau, les déchets deviennent un mélange en grande partie fondu, presque homogène et principalement en fusion, c) le mélange en grande partie fondu est transféré dans une machine chauffée de mélange interne où le matériau est mélangé de manière intensive tout en rajoutant de la chaleur et d) si demandé, le matériau fondu est transféré dans une machine de dosage où sont produits des blocs de matériau de matrice ou bien des produits de matériau de matrice. L'invention se rapporte également au matériau de matrice et au matériau composite fabriqué à partir du matériau de matrice.
