The invention relates to a method for obtaining cyan-3-hydroxy-N-(phenyl)but-2- ene amide, whereby a phenyl-substituted 2-cyan-N-(phenyl)acetamide is converted in the presence of a base, acetic acid anhydride and at least one solvent, and the 2-cyan-3-hydroxy-N-(phenyl-derivative)but-2-ene amide obtained is crystallised by means of acidification.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de cyan-3-hydroxy-N-(phényl)but-2-ène-amides, selon lequel on fait réagir un 2-cyan-N-(phényl)acétamide substitué par un phényle en présence d'une base, d'un anhydride d'acide acétique et au moins d'un solvant. Le 2-cyan-3-hydroxy-N-(phényl-dérivé)but-2-ène-amide ainsi obtenu est ensuite cristallisé par acidification.
