The present invention relates to a method for producing a blow-molded tubular body having multiple dimensions with the following stages: a) extrusion of a tubular component that is closed at the front, with injection of gas inside the tubular component (10), and engagement of the tubular component with a shaping unit (12, 13), b) deposition of the shaped tubular component, in the plastic state, on a high-level half-mold part (15), c) free descent of a part of the tubular component onto a low-level half-mold part (18), located at a level that is lower than that of the high-level half-mold part (15), d) closure of the half-mold and blow-molding. The invention furthermore relates to a device for producing a blow-molded tubular body having multiple dimensions, which includes: a shaping unit (12, 13) to form the shape of the tubular component before deposition on a half-mold (15, 18); a nozzle (21) for the injection of gas inside the tubular component (10) during an extrusion; a conveyor (22) device to convey the tubular component (10) during the extrusion and allow an engagement of the shaping unit (12, 13).
Procédé de production d'un élément tubulaire moulé par soufflage présentant des dimensions multiples, qui consiste (a) à extruder un élément tubulaire qui est fermé à l'avant, par injection de gaz à l'intérieur dudit élément tubulaire (10) et à le mettre en contact avec une unité de mise en forme (12, 13), (b) à placer ledit élément tubulaire mis en forme, à l'état de plastique, sur une partie de demi-moule (15) de niveau supérieur, (c) à laisser descendre en chute libre une partie de l'élément tubulaire sur une partie de demi-moule (18) de niveau inférieur, située à un niveau inférieur par rapport à la partie de demi-moule (15) de niveau supérieur et (d) à fermer le demi-moule et à effectuer le moulage par soufflage. La présente invention concerne en outre un dispositif permettant de produire un corps tubulaire moulé par soufflage présentant des dimensions multiples, qui comporte une unité de mise en forme (12, 13) destinée à donner une forme à l'élément tubulaire (10) avant qu'il ne soit placé sur le demi-moule (15, 18), une tuyère (21) permettant l'injection de gaz à l'intérieur de l'élément tubulaire (10) pendant l'extrusion, un dispositif de transport (22) destiné à transporter l'élément tubulaire (10) pendant l'extrusion et à permettre la mise en contact avec l'unité de mise en forme (12, 13).
