The invention relates to a method for producing a carboxylic acid amide from a carbonyl compound and hydrocyanic acid, comprising the steps of A) reacting a carbonyl compound with hydrocyanic acid to produce a hydroxycarboxylic acid nitrile, B) hydrolysis of the hydroxycarboxylic acid nitrile obtained in step A) in the presence of a catalyst comprising manganese dioxide, wherein a molar excess of carbonyl compound is used in relation to the hydrocyanic acid to react the carbonyl compound with hydrocyanic acid according to step A), and the reaction mixture obtained in step A) is not purified by distillation before the hydrolysis according to step B) is carried out. The invention furthermore relates to a method for producing alkyl(meth)acrylates from polymers, moulding compounds and moulded bodies, wherein a method for producing a carboxylic acid amide from a carbonyl compound and hydrocyanic acid is carried out in accordance with the method described above.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'amide d'acide carboxylique à partir d'un composé de carbonyle et d'acide cyanhydrique, le procédé comprenant les opérations suivantes : A) conversion d'un composé de carbonyle avec de l'acide cyanhydrique pour produire un nitrile d'acide hydroxycarboxylique; B) hydrolyse du nitrile d'acide hydroxycarboxylique produit en A), en présence d'un catalyseur contenant du dioxyde de manganèse. Selon l'invention, pour réaliser la conversion du composé de carbonyle avec de l'acide cyanhydrique selon l'opération A), un excès molaire de composé de carbonyle par rapport à l'acide cyanhydrique est employé et le mélange réactionnel obtenu en A) n'est pas purifié par distillation avant l'hydrolyse selon l'opération B). L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d'alkyl(méth)acrylates, de polymères, de matières à mouler et de corps moulés faisant intervenir la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de préparation d'amide d'acide carboxylique à partir d'un composé de carbonyle et d'acide cyanhydrique selon le procédé décrit précédemment.
