According to the present invention, a production method of a carrier appropriate for cation exchange liquid chromatography and a method for determining glycosylated hemoglobins using the carrier obtained by the production method are provided. The production method of the carrier comprises the steps of providing hydrophobic particles to which a polymerization initiator is adhered; and adding a polymerizable monomer having a carboxyl group to an aqueous dispersion in which the hydrophobic crosslinked polymer particles are dispersed and polymerizing the monomer on surfaces of the hydrophobic crosslinked polymer particles, thereby obtaining polymer particles the surfaces of which are coated with polymer layers having carboxyl groups.
Méthode de production d'un véhicule approprié pour chromatographie liquide à échange cationique et méthode pour doser les hémoglobines glycosylées à l'aide du véhicule ainsi obtenu. La méthode de production du véhicule consiste à faire adhérer un initiateur de polymérisation à des particules hydrophobes, à ajouter un monomère polymérisable possédant un groupe carboxyle à une dispersion aqueuse dans laquelle les particules de polymère réticulé hydrophobe sont dispersées, et à polymériser le monomère sur les surfaces des particules polymériques réticulées hydrophobes, ce qui donne des particules polymériques dont les surfaces sont revêtues de couches polymériques renfermant des groupes carboxyle.
