The invention relates to a method for producing a carbon nanotube-, fullerene- and/or graphene-containing coating on a substrate, comprising the steps of applying carbon nanotubes, fullerenes and/or graphenes onto a tin-containing coating and introducing carbon nanotubes, fullerenes and/or graphenes into the coating by mechanical and/or thermal treatment. The invention further relates to the coated substrate produced by the method according to the invention and to the use of the coated substrate as an electromechanical component or leadframe.
Linvention concerne un procédé de production dun revêtement contenant des nanotubes de carbone, des fullerènes et/ou des graphènes sur un substrat, comprenant le dépôt de nanotubes de carbone, de fullerènes et/ou de graphènes sur un revêtement stannifère et lintroduction des nanotubes de carbone, des fullerènes et/ou des graphènes dans le revêtement grâce à un traitement mécanique et/ou thermique. Linvention concerne en outre le substrat revêtu fabriqué grâce au procédé selon linvention ainsi que lutilisation du substrat revêtu comme composant électromécanique ou grillage étampé.
