The invention relates to a method for producing a polyester-based coating powder composition by a) heating A) 99-40 wt. % polyester precondensates and/or monomers used for producing them, B) 1-60 wt. % pigments and C) 0-10 wt. % wetting additives and/or other usual coating additives together or separately to a temperature of 120-200 ~C, the weight percentages totalling 100 %, b) mixing the constituents A), B) and C) homogeneously, applying shear forces and maintaining the heating temperature, c) dispersing the mixture obtained in a dispersion medium at a temperature equal to or above the melting temperature of the original constituents A), B) and C), the polyester- precondensate A) and or the monomers being polycondensed further, and d) cooling the mixture and adding a usual cross-linking agent for the polyester and optionally, the usual additives at a temperature of 60 to 140 ~C.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition de peinture pulvérulente à base de polyester, par: a) échauffement commun ou séparé pour atteindre une température de l'ordre de 120 à 200 ·C, de A) entre 99 et 40 % en poids de précondensat polyester, et/ou de monomères s'utilisant pour les préparer, B) entre 1 et 60 % en poids de pigments et C) entre 0 et 10 % en poids d'additifs de mouillage et/ou d'autres additifs utilisés habituellement dans les peintures, le total des pourcentages en poids s'élevant à 100 %; b) mélange homogène des constituants A), B) et C) à l'aide de forces de cisaillement, la température d'échauffement étant maintenue; c) dispersion du mélange obtenu dans un milieu de dispersion, à une température identique ou supérieure à la température de fusion des constituants de départ A), B) et C), la polycondensation du précondensat polyester A) et/ou des monomères étant poursuivie; d) refroidissement de la dispersion et adjonction d'un réticulant habituel pour le polyester et éventuellement d'autres additifs dans une plage de températures allant 60 à 140 ·C.
