The present invention provides a composite skin (1) for the aeronautics and astronautics industries, and also a method for producing a composite skin (1) of this type. The method comprises the following method steps: removing excess material (33) from a butt plate (12) to form a butt strap (22) at one end (20) thereof, subsequently connecting the other end (19) of the butt plate (12) to a skin plate (11) with a substance-to-substance bond, and then fastening a further skin plate (13) to the butt strap (22) to form the composite skin (10). The idea behind the invention involves replacing a rivet connection with a substance-to-substance bond. This provides the advantage that the weight of the composite skin (10) and the production costs for the composite skin (10) are reduced.
La présente invention concerne un revêtement composite (1) destiné aux industries aéronautiques et astronautiques, et également un procédé de production d'un revêtement composite (1) de ce genre. Le procédé comprend les étapes de procédé suivantes : - enlever le surplus de matière (33) d'une plaque de butée (12) afin de former un couvre-joint (22) au niveau d'une extrémité (20) de celle-ci, - ensuite relier l'autre extrémité (19) de la plaque de butée (12) à une plaque de revêtement (11) avec un collage substance-à-substance, et - rattacher par la suite une ultérieure plaque de revêtement (13) au couvre-joint (22) afin de former le revêtement composite (10). L'idée à la base de l'invention comporte le remplacement d'un accouplement à rivet par un collage substance-à-substance. Ceci présente l'avantage que le poids du revêtement composite (10) et les coûts de production du revêtement composite (10) sont réduits.
