The invention relates to a method for producing contactless tickets or cards over a plurality of steps, said tickets or cards comprising a chip (24) which is connected to an antenna (10) on a paper carrier. The inventive method consists of the following steps: the antennae are printed in series on the paper carrier strip using a silkscreen ink; a chip is fixed to each ticket by connecting bond pads of the chip to the bond pads of the antenna (14, 16); and the paper strip comprising the silkscreen-printed antenna and the corresponding chips is covered by an adhesive paper strip. After each step, the paper carrier strip is wound up before the next step is begun. The inventive method also comprises a step wherein each of the silkscreen-printed antennae is coated by a protective layer (12) for preventing the silkscreen ink from being transferred to the back of the paper carrier strip during the successive winding-up thereof following each step.
