This invention relates to a non-contact coating method for producing a continuous coating and articles constructed therefrom. This mention further relates to a method for producing a textile material with a moisture-impermeable barrier layer and to a method for producing moisture-absorbing article of hygiene which has such a barrier layer. This invention particularly relates to a textile material and hygienic disposable articles comprising a body fluid impermeable barrier layer produced from said coating method. Preferably, the thermoplastic omposition used in the method for producing the barrier layer exhibits certain rheological characteristics.
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé d'enduction sans contact, destiné à la production d'un revêtement continu et d'articles fabriqués à l'aide de celui-ci. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à un procédé de production d'un matériau textile pourvu d'une couche barrière, imperméable à la vapeur d'eau, ainsi qu'à un procédé de production d'un article d'hygiène absorbant la vapeur d'eau et présentant une telle couche barrière. L'invention concerne notamment un matériau textile ainsi que des articles hygiéniques jetables comprenant une couche barrière imperméable aux liquides organiques et produite à l'aide du procédé d'enduction décrit. De préférence, la composition thermoplastique utilisée dans le procédé de production de la couche barrière présente certaines caractéristiques rhéologiques.
