The invention relates to a method for producing a permanent dental crown. The blank comprises a dental module (1) and a support (2'). A preparation is applied to the underside that serves to join it to an anchoring element (screw element or tooth stump). The invention provides that the dental module (1) and the support (2') are made from the same material in a first process that makes it possible to obtain a high surface quality. In a second process, both modules (1, 2') are joined to one another and can be subjected to a subsequent processing. The inventive method leads to a high dimensional stability of the resulting crown and enables the use of inexpensive synthetic materials for an attractive high-quality permanent dental prosthesis.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire une couronne dentaire définitive. L'ébauche comprend un module dentaire (1) et un support (2'). Une préparation servant à assurer la liaison avec un élément d'ancrage (élément vissable ou pivot de dent) est appliquée sur la face inférieure. Il est prévu, selon l'invention, de produire le module dentaire (1) et le support (2') en un premier processus, qui permet une grande qualité superficielle. Dans un second processus, les deux modules (1, 2') sont interconnectés et leur traitement peut ensuite être poursuivi. Le procédé selon l'invention induit une grande stabilité dimensionnelle de la couronne produite et permet d'utiliser une matière plastique économique pour produire une prothèse dentaire définitive de haute qualité.
