The invention concerns a method for producing a dental prosthesis consisting in the following steps: producing by casting an impression of the implantation zone of the human body; establishing, on the basis of the moulded impression, a digital three-dimensional representation (R¿1?) of the implantation zone; defining a digital three-dimensional representation (R¿1c?) of the internal surface of the prosthesis, defined on the basis of the digital three-dimensional representation (R¿1?) of the implantation zone; defining a digital three-dimensional representation (R¿2?) of the external surface of the prosthesis, defined on the basis of the surrounding parameters of the prosthesis and the digital three-dimensional representation (R¿1c?); and defining a digital three-dimensional representation (R¿3?) of the external surface of the cap, defined on the basis of the external (R¿2?) and internal (R¿1c?) surfaces of the prosthesis, taking into account the criteria of mechanical and aesthetic characteristics which the cap must have.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la réalisation d'une prothèse dentaire constistant à effectuer les étapes suivantes: réaliser par moulage, une empreinte de la zone d'implantation du corps humain; établir, à partir de l'empreinte moulée, une représentation tridimensionnelle numérisée (R1) de la zone d'implantation; définir une représentation tridimensionnelle numérisée (R1c) de la surface interne de la prothèse, définie à partir de la représentation tridimensionnelle numérisée (R1) de la zone d'implantation; définir une représentation tridimensionnelle numérisée (R2) de la surface externe de la prothèse, définie à partir des paramètres environnementaux de la prothèse et de la représentation tridimensionnelle numérisée (R1c); et à définir une représentation tridimensionnelle numérisée (R3) de la surface externe de la chape, définie à partir des surfaces externe (R2) et interne (R1c) de la prothèse, en tenant compte des critères de tenue mécanique et d'esthétique que doit respecter la coiffe.
