A method for producing a dispensing device (1) comprising the following steps: - mounting a valve (4) into a dispensing opening (7) of an internal reservoir (3) with a variable volume, - sealingly attaching an attachment sleeve (22) made of thermoplastic polymer to the internal reservoir (3), - disposing the internal reservoir (3) and the valve (4) inside an external container (5) made of thermoplastic polymer, - placing the attachment sleeve (22) opposite to and at a distance from a mounting opening (16) of the external container (5), - inserting through the mounting opening (16) a pressurized gas between the internal reservoir (3) and the external container (5), - closing off the mounting opening (16) with the attachment sleeve (22) and welding the attachment sleeve (22) and the external container (5) to one another.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un dispositif de distribution (1). Le procédé consiste à monter une soupape (4) dans l'ouverture de distribution (7) d'un réservoir interne (3) à volume variable ; fixer de façon étanche un manchon de fixation (22) un polymère thermoplastique au réservoir interne (3) ; disposer le réservoir interne (3) et la soupape (4) dans un contenant externe (5) en polymère thermoplastique ; disposer le manchon de fixation (22) à l'opposé de l'ouverture de montage (16) du contenant externe (3) et à une certaine distance de celle-ci ; introduire par l'ouverture de montage (16) un gaz comprimé entre le réservoir interne (3) et le conteneur externe (5) ; fermer l'ouverture de montage (16) avec le manchon de fixation (22) ; et souder le manchon de fixation (22) au contenant externe (5).
