The invention relates to a method for producing a dispensing device for products that can be spread easily, such as an adhesive. According to said method, a sleeve-type element (1), a base comprising a spindle (6), a plunger (4) for receiving the product and a closure cap are produced by injection moulding and the parts obtained in this way are subsequently assembled. The aim of the invention is to simplify the production and assembly of dispensing devices of this type for products that can be spread easily. To achieve this, the plunger (4) is injection moulded onto the spindle (6) in a common injection moulding process.
Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif distributeur pour produits à étendre, tels que de la colle, selon lequel un élément (1) en forme de douille, un socle doté d'une vis (6), un piston (4) pour recevoir le produit et un capuchon de fermeture sont fabriqués par moulage par injection, les parties ainsi fabriquées étant ensuite montées. Selon la présente invention, le piston (4) est moulé par injection sur la vis (6) lors d'un processus d'injection commun, ce qui permet une simplification de la fabrication et du montage de dispositifs distributeurs de ce type pour produits à étendre.
