Method for the production of solid urea ammonium sulphate (UAS) fertilizers from sulphuric acid, ammonia and urea, wherein free ammonia and/or as carbamate to be decomposed from urea production, is reacted with sulphuric acid without substantially decomposing urea in the process stream, where after urea and ammonium sulphate (AS) is mixed and particulated. The point of integration of the ammonium sulphate production in the urea production process is chosen according to the desired product composition. The reaction is carried out in a pipe reactor where the head of the reactor enhanced the chemical reaction between sulphuric acid and ammonia and the urea solution surrounds the ammonium sulphate formation.

Procédé de production d'engrais contenant du sulfate d'ammonium et de l'urée solides (UAS) à partir d'acide sulfurique, d'ammoniac et d'urée, dans lequel l'ammoniac libre et/ou le carbamate à décomposer à partir de la production d'urée, est/sont mis en réaction avec l'acide sulfurique sans que l'urée soit sensiblement décomposée dans le cycle du procédé, après quoi l'urée et le sulfate d'ammonium (AS) sont mélangés et transformés en particules. Le point d'intégration de la production de sulfate d'ammonium dans le procédé de production d'urée est choisi selon la composition du produit souhaitée. La réaction est conduite dans un réacteur tubulaire dont la tête accentue la réaction chimique entre l'acide sulfurique et l'ammoniac, la solution d'urée entourant la formation de sulfate d'ammonium.
