The invention relates to a twin-wire former and to a method for producing a fibrous web from at least one fibrous suspension (3) in a twin-wire former (1) comprising a twin-wire zone (2) that contains a wedge-shaped feed slot (6), which is formed at least in some sections by two circulating continuous wires (4, 5). The first wire (4) is guided in the twin-wire zone over a feed roller (7), whose position can preferably be adjusted, by means of bars (8) that are rigidly fixed at identical intervals (A8) to a preferably displaceable dewatering bin (9). The second wire (5) in the twin-wire zone is guided over several bars (10) that are positioned opposite the bars of the preferably displaceable dewatering bin, said second bars being supported by flexible elements (12) and being pressed with a selectable force (K12) against the second wire. According to the invention, at least one locally active dewatering pulse (IE) is introduced into the fibrous suspension (3) by the second wire (5) in the vicinity of an adjustable intersection point (E), where the first wire (4) intersects with the fibrous suspension (3) lying against the second wire (5) at a preferably adjustable intersection angle (.alpha.).
L'invention concerne un mouleur à tamis double et un procédé de fabrication d'une bande fibreuse à partir d'au moins une suspension fibreuse (3) dans un mouleur à tamis double (1). Ledit mouleur comporte une zone à tamis double (2) présentant une fente d'entrée cunéiforme (6), formée au moins partiellement par deux tamis sans fin (4, 5). Dans cette zone à tamis double (7), le premier tamis (4) guidé par l'intermédiaire d'un cylindre d'entrée réglable (7) s'étend sur plusieurs barres fixes (8) disposées à un espace mutuel (A8) sur un boîtier de déshydratation (9). Le deuxième tamis (5) s'étend sur plusieurs barres (10) disposées face aux barres fixes, supportées par des éléments élastiques (12), pouvant être comprimées avec une force choisie (K12) contre le deuxième tamis. Au niveau d'une zone de coupe réglable (E), dans laquelle le premier tamis (4) coupe la suspension fibreuse (3) appliquée sur le deuxième tamis (5), à un angle (.alpha.) de préférence réglable, une impulsion de déshydratation (IE), agissant localement, est appliquée à la suspension fibreuse par les côtés du deuxième tamis (5).
