The invention relates to a method for producing a fire protection glazing comprising at least two flat substrates and a fire protection element preferably transparent consisting of at least one film or a film system which comprises at least one intumescent layer and is disposed between said substrates. The inventive method is characterised in that several segments of the film of the fire protection element are applied to a first substrate, wherein the film segments coveri the entire surface of the substrate which is provided with a fire protection element. Afterwards a second substrate is arranged on the first substrate comprising film segments and is exposed to a high pressure and high temperature binding treatment which can be carried out, for example in an autoclave.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de vitrage coupe-feu comprenant au moins deux substrats plans et un élément coupe-feu de préférence transparent qui est composé d'au moins un film ou d'un système de films comprenant au moins une couche intumescente, et qui est disposé entre les substrats. Le procédé se caractérise en ce que plusieurs sections de film d'un élément coupe-feu sont appliqués sur un premier substrat, les sections de film recouvrant la totalité de la surface du substrat, qui doit être dotée de l'élément coupe-feu. Ensuite, un second substrat est disposé sur le premier substrat qui comprend les sections de film, et exposé à un traitement de liaison à pression et température élevées. Le traitement de liaison peut par exemple s'effectuer dans un autoclave.
