To create advantageous compression conditions, it is suggested that the profile rollers (8) produced by the axial unwinding of the compression tool (7) in the direction of the power metal blank (1) are compressed simultaneously over the entire circumference.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une roue dentée à partir d'une ébauche en poudre de métal (1) comprimée avec un surdimensionnement dans la zone de denture et frittée, l'ébauche en poudre de métal (1) étant comprimée dans la zone du surdimensionnement par le passage d'un outil de compression (7) formant une contre-denture s'engrenant dans la denture de l'ébauche en poudre de métal (1), pour atteindre par déformation plastique une compression correspondant au surdimensionnement. Selon la présente invention, pour créer des conditions de compression avantageuses, l'ébauche en poudre de métal (1) est comprimée simultanément sur toute sa périphérie, par le passage, axialement par rapport à l'ébauche en poudre de métal (1), de rouleaux profilés (8) formant l'outil de compression (7).
