Method for producing a heat exchanger with the following steps: a) hot dip refining a steel sheet to form a corrosion-protection layer (3), wherein the corrosion-protection layer (3) contains zinc and between 0.5% and 60% aluminium; b) removal of the corrosion-protection layer (3) from one side of the steel sheet; c) production of a heat exchanger tube (2) from this steel sheet, wherein the corrosion-protection layer (3) is arranged on the outside; d) provision of ribs (6) of aluminium or an aluminium alloy; e) provision of a flux; f) provision of a filler material (8) containing aluminium and silicon in the connecting region between the ribs (6) and the outside of the heat exchanger tube (2); g) connection of the heat exchanger tube (2) to the ribs (6) in a brazing operation.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un échangeur de chaleur, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) traitement par immersion à chaud d'une tôle d'acier pour réaliser une couche anticorrosion (3), la couche anticorrosion (3) contenant du zinc et entre 0,5 % et 60 % d'aluminium ; b) enlèvement de la couche anticorrosion (3) d'un côté de la tôle d'acier ; c) fabrication d'un tube d'échangeur de chaleur (2) à partir de cette tôle d'acier, la couche anticorrosion (3) étant disposée sur le côté extérieur ; d) mise à disposition de nervures (6) en aluminium ou en un alliage d'aluminium ; e) mise à disposition d'un fondant ; f) mise à disposition d'un matériau de brasage (8), contenant de l'aluminium et du silicium, dans la région d'assemblage entre les nervures (6) et le côté extérieur du tube d'échangeur de chaleur (2) ; g) assemblage du tube d'échangeur de chaleur (2) et des nervures (6) par un processus de brasage fort.
