The invention concerns a method for producing a panel substantially stretched on a frame stretched homogeneously in all directions. The panel (1) is obtained from a sheet cut out in a web of soft textile material produced from knitted synthetic textile yarns forming deformable stitches in all directions. The textile web is coated with a coating mixture comprising an elastomeric polymerised polymer and a covering colouring substance. The peripheral edges of the sheet are engaged in retaining profiled sections (2') forming a closed frame (2) fixed on a support (3). Said sheet is stretched by local heating in at least a zone causing it to be heat-shrunk and stretched on the frame (2). The invention is applicable to false ceilings, advertising boards, and all types of wall decorations.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'un panneau sensiblement plan tendu sur un cadre tendu de façon homogène dans toutes les directions. Le panneau (1) est obtenu à partir d'une feuille découpée dans une bande d'un matériau textile souple réalisée à partir de fils textiles synthétiques tricotés formant des mailles déformables dans toutes les directions. La bande textile est enduite au moyen d'un mélange d'enduction comportant un polymère polymérisé élastomère et une substance colorante couvrante. Les bords périphériques de la feuille sont engagés dans des profilés de maintien (2') formant un cadre (2) fermé et fixé sur un support (3). Cette feuille est tendue par un chauffage local en au moins une zone provoquant son thermo-rétrécissement et sa tension sur le cadre (2). Applications : Faux plafonds tendus, panneaux publicitaires, et tout type de décorations murales.
