The present invention provides a method for producing a profile from composite fiber material, in particular in the aviation and aerospace field, having the following steps: A preliminary fabric (3), particularly made of pre-impregnated fiber material, are first packed in a vacuum bag (7). Then support elements (17, 18) are laid on the packed preliminary fabric (3) to support the latter. The vacuum bag (7) is then supplied with a vacuum (PI). Next, the preliminary fabric (3) is hardened to the profile under the action of heat, in particularly in an autoclave. With the claimed method the support elements (17,18) can be formed advantageously from favorable material, in particular aluminum, instead of highly expensive nickel-36 steel, since the support elements (17, 18) are uncoupled mechanically from the preliminary fabric (3) in a longitudinal direction (8) by means of the vacuum bag (7), enabling movement of the support elements (17, 18) in the longitudinal direction (8) relative to the preliminary fabric (3).

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un profilé en matière composite fibreuse, en particulier dans le domaine aéronautique et aérospatial, comprenant les étapes suivantes : tout d'abord, un non-tissé (3), constitué en particulier de matière fibreuse préimprégnée, est emballé dans un sac de mise au vide (7) ; ensuite, des éléments de soutien (17, 18) sont appliqués contre le non-tissé emballé (3) afin de le soutenir ; ensuite, on fait le vide (P1) dans le sac de mise au vide (7) ; enfin, le non-tissé (3) est durci pour former le profilé sous l'action de chaleur, en particulier en autoclave. Dans le cas du procédé selon l'invention, les éléments de soutien (17, 18) peuvent être avantageusement réalisés en un matériau économique, aluminium en particulier, au lieu du très coûteux acier au nickel, étant donné que les éléments de soutien (17, 18) sont, au moyen du sac de mise au vide (7), mécaniquement désaccouplés du non-tissé (3) en direction longitudinale (8), de sorte que les éléments de soutien (17, 18) peuvent se déplacer par rapport au non-tissé (3) dans la direction longitudinale (8).
