The invention relates to a method for producing a releasable seal 3 with a sealing compound 8 between two fairing parts 1, 2, in particular between two fairing parts 1, 2 for the wing- fuselage fillet of aircraft, comprising the following steps: -applying adhesive strips 4, 5 to respectively opposite edges &bgr;, 7 of the fairing parts 1, 2 and outer surfaces 14, 15 adjacent to them of the fairing parts 1, 2, -filling a sealing joint 9 extending between the opposite edges 6, 7 with the sealing compound 8 and -removing the adhesive strips 4, 5 after the curing of the sealing compound 8. This makes it possible to provide a re-releasable seal 3 with a sealing compound 8 which is curable or cures on its own in air between two fairing parts 1, 2 without the use of release agents. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of adhesive strips 4, 5 for carrying out the method.
Procédé de production d'un joint détachable 3 à l'aide d'un composé 8 de scellement entre deux pièces 1, 2 de carénage, en particulier entre deux pièces 1, 2 de carénage pour le raccord aile-fuselage d'un avion, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : - application de bandes adhésives 4, 5 aux bords 6, 7 respectivement opposés des pièces 1, 2 de carénage et aux surfaces extérieures 14, 15 des pièces 1, 2 de carénage adjacentes à ceux-ci, - remplissage d'un joint 9 d'étanchéité s'étendant entre les bords 6, 7 opposés à l'aide du composé 8 de scellement et - retrait des bandes adhésives 4, 5 après le durcissement du composé 8 de scellement. Ce procédé permet de réaliser, à l'aide d'un composé 8 de scellement qui peut être durci ou qui durcit de lui-même à l'air, un joint 3 détachable entre deux pièces 1, 2 de carénage sans utiliser d'agents de décollement. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation des bandes adhésives 4, 5 pour réaliser le procédé.
