METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SERIES OF PERSONALIZED LAMINATED SHEETS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In a preferred embodiment of the method, at a printing station, at least one field of printed infor- mation is printed on at least one face of a succession of increments on various paper substrates. By using an intelligent printer, the printed information may be varied from increment to increment at will. At subsequent stations, at least part of the printed areas on at least one side of each increment is laminated with clear filmy and at least part of the laminated area is partially cut so that a user may subsequently detach it from the remainder of the increment for use as a label. Where the increments are initially provided in continuous web form, stations subsequent to the partial-cutting station may sever the web into a series of sheets bearing the laminated, detachable labels, and an enveloping station.
