This invention relates to a method for forming a three dimensional sintered body (100) comprising the steps of a) providing a basic mould having a configuration adapted to the sintering body that is to be produced, b) treating the surface of the basic mould to facilitate application of a first surface layer (130) of the sintered body (100), c) applying powder particles (131) onto the basic mould, to form said first surface layer (130), d) applying at least one more layer (120) on top of said first surface layer (130), e) heat treating the basic mould (400) and the particles to form a sintered body, wherein step b) is performed by providing an adhering (604) to the basic mould arranged to adhere the particles (131) of at least a portion of the surface layer (130).
Cette invention porte sur un procédé de formation d'un corps fritté tridimensionnel (100), ce procédé consistant à: a) former un moule de base dont la configuration est adaptée au corps de frittage à produire, b) traiter la surface du moule de base pour faciliter l'application d'une première couche superficielle (130) du corps fritté (100), c) appliquer des particules de poudre (134) sur le moule de base de façon à former cette première couche superficielle (130), d) appliquer au moins une couche supplémentaire (120) sur la première couche superficielle (130), e) traiter à chaud le moule de base (400) et les particules pour former un corps fritté, l'étape b) étant réalisée pour appliquer un adhésif (604) sur le moule de base de façon à faire adhérer les particules (131) d'au moins une partie de la couche superficielle (130).
