ABSTRACT A method for producing a vinyl chloride resin, which comprises suspension-polymerizing vinyl chloride, or a mixture of vinyl chloride with a co-monomer copolymerizable therewith, in an aqueous medium in the presence of an oil-soluble polymerization catalyst and a dispersant by means of a homogenizer in such a state that the organic phase is dispersed in the aqueous phase.
