ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a method for producing alkylene-bis-dithiocarbamates or ammonia adducts thereof and also mixtures adapted to be produced accordingly. Initial products are carbon disulphide, ammonia, a diamine and a metal oxide which is characteristically a manganese II oxide, or the hydrate or hydroxide thereof. The metal oxide, the hydrate or the hydroxide thereof, is allowed to react either with a mixture, consisting of an alkylene diamine, carbon disulphide and ammonia in water, or with an aqueous solution of ammonium alkylene-bis-dithiocarbamate. The concentration of individual initial materials, both in relation to each other and to water, decides which compounds are finally obtained. These products are applicable mainly as fungicides.
