Novel intermediates for the production of aminoacetyl pyrrolidine carbonitrile derivatives ensure the safe and efficient production of the compounds. Specifically, the present invention provides a sulfonyloxyacetyl pyrrolidine derivative, represented by the following formula: (Chemical formula 1) Formula 1: (see formula 1) (wherein R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylmethyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic ring or a substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic heterocyclic ring; R2 is CONH2 or CN; and X is CH2, CHF or CF2.)
Cette invention concerne un intermédiaire destiné à produire, en toute sécurité et avec un bon rendement, un dérivé aminoacétylpyrrolidinecarbonitrile. L'invention concerne spécifiquement un dérivé sulfonyloxyacétylpyrrolidine de formule (1), dans laquelle : R1 représente un groupe alkyle en C1 à C6 éventuellement substitué, un groupe cycloalkyle en C3 à C6 éventuellement substitué, un groupe arylméthyle éventuellement substitué, un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique éventuellement substitué, un groupe hétérocyclique aromatique éventuellement substitué ou un groupe hétérocyclique aliphatique éventuellement substitué ; R2 représente CONH2 ou CN ; et X représente CH2, CHF ou CF2.
