The invention relates to a method for producing a water soluble phase of a physiologically active ingredient which is insoluble or very difficult to dissolve in water. According to the invention, the active ingredient is mixed in a warm environment with a body-compatible solubilizier having an HLB-value of between 9 and 16, in a state of excess, in order to form a transparent intermediate product which is cooled to room temperature. The invention also relates to a water soluble concentrate with a physiologically active ingredient.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une phase hydrosoluble d'un principe actif physiologiquement actif, insoluble ou très difficilement soluble dans l'eau. Selon ce procédé, le principe actif est mélangé dans un environnement chaud à un solubiliseur biocompatible présentant un rapport hydrophile-lipophile compris entre 9 et 16, en excès, afin de former un produit intermédiaire transparent que l'on refroidit jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne la température ambiante. L'invention concerne en outre un concentré hydrosoluble d'un principe actif physiologique.
