A method for producing a resin loaded with a hydrous oxide of an amphoteric metal ion. The resin is combined with at least two bed volumes of an aqueous solution containing a salt of the amphoteric metal ion, and having a metal ion concentration of at least 5%, and then treated with an aqueous alkali metal hydroxide solution.

Méthode permettant de préparer une résine chargée avec un oxyde hydraté et un ion métallique amphotère. La résine est combinée avec au moins deux volumes de remplissage d'une solution aqueuse contenant un sel de l'ion métallique amphotère en concentration d'au moins 5 %, puis traitée avec un hydroxyde de métal alcalin en solution aqueuse.
