The invention relates to a method for producing an elongate hollow component (1,13) comprising a laterally protruding bearing component (14). The bearing component (14) is moulded from the hollow component (1,13), in order to produce a type of component (1,13), which is provided with a laterally protruding bearing component (14), in a relatively economical manner. Said component (1, 13) is curved in an upward manner or in a downward manner about an angle of approximately 90~ on a point about a horizontal axis (8, 16) intersecting the central longitudinal axis (7,15) of the hollow component (1,13) at an angle of approximately 45~, such that the curved section (9,17) projects in a lateral manner in relation to the longitudinal extension of the remainder of the component (1,13). The lateral projection (10,18) of the curved section (9,17) is then curved after height adjustment in relation to the remainder of the component (1,13) in order to form the bearing component (14).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un composant creux allongé (1, 13) comportant une partie d'appui (14) faisant saillie latéralement. L'invention vise à permettre une fabrication économique d'un tel composant (1, 13) comportant une partie d'appui (14) faisant saillie latéralement. A cet effet, la partie d'appui (14) est moulée à partir du composant creux (1, 13). Le composant (1, 13) est courbé à un angle de 90· vers le haut ou vers le bas autour d'un axe horizontal (8, 16) coupant l'axe longitudinal médian (7, 15) du composant creux (1, 13) à un angle d'environ 45·, de telle manière que la partie courbée (9, 17) fait saillie latéralement par rapport à l'extension longitudinale du reste du composant (1, 13). La saillie latérale (10, 18) de la section courbée (9, 17) est ensuite pliée selon un décalage vertical par rapport au reste du composant (1, 13) de manière à former la partie d'appui (14).
