The method according to the invention allows the production of a complex, integral (one-piece) fibre composite part having a plurality of internal and undercut stiffening elements (107) employing removable cores (11-13, 26-29, 56, 75). Because connection elements are no longer necessary, a high weight savings potential results, because, for example, rivets and rivet flanges required for this purpose, as in the case of conventional assembly from individual parts (differential construction), become superfluous.
