It is intended to provide a method for producing a nutrient solution for plant culture using an organic compound and a hydroponics method in which a plant can be cultured while adding an organic compound directly to a nutrient solution. The invention provides a method for producing a biomineral-containing substance obtained by establishing a microbial ecosystem necessary for stable mineralization of an organic compound by adding the organic compound to water gradually or at one time and fermenting the resulting mixture and the hydroponics method characterized by using the biomineral-containing substance obtained by the method as, at least a part of, a nutrient solution and culturing a plant while adding an organic compound directly to the nutrient solution.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire une solution nutritive destinée à la culture de plantes utilisant un composé organique et un procédé hydroponique dans lequel une plante peut être cultivée tout en ajoutant un composé organique directement dans une solution nutritive. L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant de produire une substance biominérale obtenue par l'établissement d'un écosystème microbien indispensable pour une minéralisation stable d'un composé organique grâce à l'ajout du composé organique à l'eau et ce, progressivement ou en une seule fois et par la fermentation du mélange ainsi obtenu. Ledit procédé hydroponique se caractérise en ce qu'il utilise la substance biominérale obtenue grâce au procédé sous la forme, au moins partielle, d'une solution nutritive et en ce qu'il permet de cultiver une plante grâce à l'ajout direct d'un composé organique dans la solution nutritive.
