The invention relates to a method for producing casting molds, especially comprised of cores or core packages, whereby molding materials, preferably molding sands, are blown or shot into a molding chamber via a gaseous flow medium, preferably via air, and under a pressure that can be predefined. The shot and resulting solidified mold is then evacuated of air, and the form is opened, upon which the shot mold is subsequently removed. The invention is characterized in that the shooting process and/or the air evacuation process is/are controlled using detected and optionally prepared process parameters according to any predefined specification.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de moules, notamment constitués de noyaux ou d'empilages de noyaux. Selon ce procédé, les matières à mouler, de préférence des sables de moulage, sont injectées ou insérées dans une chambre de moulage, par l'intermédiaire d'un milieu d'écoulement gazeux, de préférence de l'air, à une pression prédéfinie, le moule tiré et ainsi solidifié est ventilé, l'outil est ouvert et, après l'ouverture de l'outil, le moule tiré est retiré. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que le processus de tirage et/ou le processus de ventilation est régulé par des paramètres de processus détectés et éventuellement préparés, selon un règlement qui peut être prédéfini de façon quelconque.
