A method for producing a ceramic structure, which comprises mixing a raw material for a ceramic, a foamed resin and optionally, a forming aid, forming the resultant mixture, and then firing the formed article, to thereby provide a porous ceramic structure. The method allows the production of a ceramic structure having a high porosity with the use of a reduced amount of a combustible powder.

Procédé servant à produire une structure de céramique et consistant à mélanger une matière première de céramique, une mousse de résine et, éventuellement, un adjuvant, à façonner le mélange obtenu et à cuire l'article façonné, ce qui permet d'obtenir une structure céramique poreuse. Ce procédé permet de produire une structure de céramique présentant une porosité élevée au moyen d'une quantité limitée de poudre combustible.
