A process for producing a complex oxide containing the valuable metal and an alkali (earth) metal salt, which comprising co-milling a mixture of the valuable metal oxide and/or a precursor thereof, or a mixture of a substance containing the valuable metal oxide and/or a precursor thereof, with an alkali (earth) metal salt to a particle size of the valuable metal oxide or a substance containing the oxide, of 10 µm or less, and heating the co-milled product to a temperature of at least 200°C so as to induce a solid-phase reaction of the valuable metal oxide with an alkali (earth) metal salt. The process improves the solid-phase reaction rate and the selectivity of the value metal complex oxide,which results in the enhancement of the productivity for the complex oxide.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un oxyde composite contenant un métal valorisable et un métal alcalin (alcalino-terreux), ledit procédé consistant à soumettre un oxyde d'un métal valorisable sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant les métaux du XIIIe groupe et du IVe au VIIe groupe de la classification périodique, le cobalt et nickel, et un sel de métal alcalin (alcalino-terreux), à une co-pulvérisation jusqu'à ce que le diamètre de particules d'un oxyde métallique valorisable ou d'une substance contenant l'oxyde atteigne, en moyenne, une valeur inférieure ou égale à 10 mu m, puis à chauffer le produit co-pulvérisé à une température supérieure ou égale à 200 DEG C pour réaliser une réaction en phase solide. Ce procédé permet d'améliorer la vitesse de réaction et la sélectivité d'une telle réaction en phase solide, ce qui permet d'augmenter le rendement de la production d'oxyde composite.
