Common metallurgically produced materials are utilized in the production of dental products. During production, however, not all of the material can be utilized. When the material is subsequently processed by casting, a lot of energy is required for melting. The invention relates to a method for producing dental castings or a material for dental castings. According to the invention, fine particles of the material are to be partially fused and the fused particles are to be compacted. This results in a sintered semifinished product. During subsequent processing using casting techniques, this sintered semifinished product can be easily cast into dental castings in a pot of a casting device. The sintered semifinished product offers a good homogeneity during mechanical subsequent processing. The sintered semifinished products produced according to the inventive method are suited for all dental products which are produced by means of casting, especially for implant constituents, crowns, bridges and model casts.
Pour la fabrication de produits dentaires, on utilise habituellement des matériaux produits selon la technique métallurgique. On ne peut à cet effet utiliser tous les matériaux. La transformation ultérieure des matériaux par coulée nécessite beaucoup d'énergie pour les faire fondre. L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication de produits coulés dentaires et d'un matériau destiné à ces derniers. A cet effet, on fait fondre partiellement de fines particules du matériau et on compacte les particules fondues. On obtient alors un demi-produit fritté. Lors de la transformation ultérieure par technique de coulée, ce demi-fritté fond aisément dans le creuset d'une installation de coulée pour donner des produits coulés dentaires. Lors du traitement ultérieur mécanique, ce demi-produit fritté offre une bonne homogénéité. Les demi-produits frittés fabriqués selon ce procédé conviennent pour tous les produits techniques dentaires à fabriquer par technique de coulée, notamment pour des éléments constitutifs d'implant, des couronnes, des bridges et des modèles coulés.
