Disclosed is a method for producing an electrode material which has high discharge capacity at high charge/discharge rate and enables to realize sufficient charge/discharge rate performance. Also disclosed are an electrode material, an electrode and a lithium ion battery. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing an electrode material, which is characterized in that a slurry containing an electrode active material or a precursor of the electrode active material, and organic compounds each selected from at least two groups among the group A, group B and group C is sprayed and dried for forming a granule, and the thus-formed granule is fired at a temperature not less than 500°C but not more than 1000°C in a non-oxidizing atmosphere.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un matériau d'électrode qui présente une capacité de décharge élevée à un taux de charge/décharge élevé et permet de réaliser des performances de taux de charge/décharge suffisantes. L'invention porte également sur un matériau d'électrode, sur une électrode et sur une batterie lithium-ion. L'invention porte spécifiquement sur un procédé de production d'un matériau d'électrode, qui est caractérisé par le fait qu'une bouillie contenant un matériau actif d'électrode ou un précurseur du matériau actif d'électrode, et des composés organiques sélectionnés chacun à partir d'au moins deux groupes parmi le groupe A, le groupe B et le groupe C, est pulvérisée et séchée pour former un granule, et le granule ainsi formé est cuit à une température non inférieure à 500°C mais non supérieure à 1 000°C dans une atmosphère non oxydante.
