A method for producing printed circuit boards, which comprises the following method steps: (A) coating both sides of a through-plated copper laminate using a negative electrodeposition-resist; (B) structuring the resist coating by imagewise exposure to light, the through- platings being covered by a mask, and then developing; (C) applying a metal resist by electrodeposition; (D) removing the crosslinked negative photoresist remaining on the laminate; (E) removing the bare copper by means of an etching solution; and (F) removing the metal resist by means of a stripper solution, yields through-platings having reduced annular rings.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de plaques à circuits imprimés, qui se caractérise par les étapes suivantes: (A) application d'un galvanorésist négatif (4) sur les deux côtés d'un stratifié de cuivre à trous métallisés; (B) structuration du revêtement de résist (4) par exposition selon un procédé photographique, les trous métallisés (3) étant recouverts par un masque, et par développement consécutif; (C) application par galvanoplastie d'un résist métallique (5); (D) retrait du photorésist négatif (4) réticulé restant sur le stratifié; (E) retrait du cuivre (2) à nu à l'aide d'une solution d'attaque; et (F) retrait du résist métallique au moyen d'une solution de décapage. Avec ce procédé, la formation d'anneaux autour des trous de contact (3) est réduite.
