The invention relates to a process for producing fibrous material having a lignin content of at least 15% for softwood, of at least 12% for hardwood or at least 10% for annual plants, based in each case on the oven-dry fibrous material, comprising the steps - preparation of a solution of chemicals comprising more than 5% of chemicals (calculated as NaOH) for softwood or comprising more than 3.5% of chemicals (calculated as NaOH) for hardwood or more than 2.5% for annual plants, based in each case on the oven-dry amount of the wood, - mixing of the solution of chemicals with wood or annual plants in a specified liquor ratio, - heating of the solution of chemicals and of the wood or of the annual plants to a temperature above room temperature and then - either (1st alternative) removal of free-flowing solution of chemicals and digestion of the wood or of the annual plants in the vapour phase - or (2nd alternative) digestion of the wood or of the annual plants in the liquid phase and - separation of the free-flowing solution of chemicals and of the wood or of the annual plants.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de matière fibreuse avec une teneur en lignine d'au moins 15 % pour le bois de conifère, d'au moins 12 % pour le bois de feuillus ou d'au moins 10 % pour les plantes annuelles, sur la base de la masse de fibre séchée à l'étuve. Ledit procédé consiste à préparer une solution de produits chimiques avec plus de 5 % de produits chimiques (sous forme de NaOH) pour le bois de conifère ou avec plus de 3,5 % de produits chimiques (sous forme de NaOH) pour le bois de feuillus ou plus de 2,5 % pour les plantes annuelles, sur la base de la quantité de bois séché à l'étuve, à mélanger la solution de produits chimiques avec le bois ou les plantes annuelles selon un rapport de bain prédéterminé, à chauffer la solution de produits chimiques et le bois ou les plantes annuelles à une température supérieure à la température ambiante et ensuite, soit (variante 1) à éliminer la solution de produits chimiques s'écoulant librement et à pulper le bois ou les plantes annuelles en phase vapeur, soit (variante 2) à pulper le bois ou les plantes annuelles en phase liquide et à séparer la solution de produits chimiques s'écoulant librement et le bois ou les plantes annuelles.
