The invention relates to the production of fittings, used e.g. in refiners for pulverising paper stock. The inventive accessory consists of a base body (1), a mask (3) lying on said body, in addition to processing elements (5) which process the stock. The processing elements (5), e.g. strip-type blades, are inserted into the mask (3), which is provided with corresponding cavities (4). A fixed bond is subsequently produced, e.g. by a high-temperature soldering process. The advantage of said method is that optimal materials can be selected for the processing elements and that the production method is flexible and particularly cost-effective in terms of the quality of the produced fittings.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser des garnitures comme, par ex., dans des raffineurs pour le raffinage de matière fibreuse pour le papier. La garniture selon l'invention est composée d'un élément de base (1), sur lequel est placé un masque (3), et d'éléments d'usinage (5) servant au traitement à proprement parler. Ces éléments d'usinage (5), par ex. des couteaux en forme de baguettes, sont insérés dans le masque (3) doté des ouvertures (4) correspondantes, la liaison pouvant ensuite être fixée par brasage à haute température, par exemple. Ce procédé présente l'avantage de permettre une sélection des meilleurs matériaux pour les éléments d'usinage, le procédé de fabrication étant particulièrement flexible et économique, relativement à la qualité des garnitures ainsi réalisées.
