The invention relates to a method for producing glucose from a starting material containing ligno-cellulose. According to said method, said material is initially treated with an ionic liquid and subsequently undergoes enzymatic hydrolysis. The invention also relates to a method for producing microbial metabolic products, especially ethanol, wherein the obtained glucose also undergoes fermentation.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de glucose à partir d'une matière de départ contenant de la lignocellulose, ce procédé consistant dans un premier temps à traiter cette matière de départ au moyen d'un liquide ionique, puis à la soumettre à une hydrolyse enzymatique. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé de production de métabolites microbiens, en particulier d'éthanol, ce procédé consistant à faire subir en outre une fermentation au glucose obtenu.
