The invention relates to a method for producing glucose from cellulose material, in which a starting material containing cellulose is treated with a liquid treatment medium that comprises an ionic liquid, anions are selected therefrom using polyatomic anions, and the material containing cellulose and which is treated with ionic liquid undergoes enzymatic hydrolysis.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de glucose à partir d'une matière cellulosique. Ce procédé consiste à préparer une matière de départ à base de cellulose et à traiter cette matière au moyen d'un agent de traitement liquide comprenant un liquide ionique dont les anions sont sélectionnés parmi les anions polyatomiques, puis à soumettre la matière à base de cellulose traitée au moyen d'un liquide ionique à une hydrolyse enzymatique.
