The hydrogenation step in the anthrachinone process for producing hydrogen peroxide in a hydrogenation reactor performed on a solid bed catalyst from particle-shaped catalyst is known in prior art. According to the invention, the residence time of a catalyst is increased by transporting working solution containing reaction support material and transporting a hydrogen-containing gas phase as a mixture from the downside to the upside through a hydrogenation reactor. The empty pipe velocity of the working solution is 0.05 to 100 m/h, in particular 10 to 50 m/h.
Dans la technique antérieure, on réalise l'étape d'hydrogénation du procédé à l'anthraquinone pour produire du peroxyde d'hydrogène dans un réacteur d'hydrogénation sur un catalyseur à lit fixe constitué d'un catalyseur particulaire. L'invention vise à augmenter la durée de vie du catalyseur. A cet effet, la solution contenant le support de réaction et une phase gazeuse contenant de l'hydrogène sont acheminées de bas en haut à travers le réacteur d'hydrogénation, sous forme de mélange. Le débit de la solution de travail dans les tubes vides est comprise entre 0,05 et 100 m/h, notamment entre 10 et 50 m/h.
