The invention relates to a method for producing membranes coated with a catalyst on both sides for electrochemical devices, with the following steps: A) producing a first semifinished product by applying a first ionomer layer onto a first support, applying an anode catalyst layer onto the first ionomer layer while using a first catalyst ink, and drying the anode catalyst layer; B) producing a second semifinished product by applying a second ionomer layer onto a second support, applying a cathode catalyst layer onto the second ionomer layer while using a second catalyst tint, and drying the cathode catalyst layer; C) removing the first and second supports from the first or second ionomer layer and, joining the first semifinished product to the second semifinished product by joining the first ionomer layer to the second ionomer layer.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de membranes pourvues sur chaque face d'un revêtement catalyseur, ces membranes étant destinées à des procédés electrochimiques. Ce procédé consiste A) à produire un premier demi-produit par application d'une première couche ionomère sur un premier support ; à appliquer une couche catalyseur anodique sur la première couche ionomère à l'aide d'une première encre catalyseur ; à sécher la couche catalyseur anodique, B) à produire un deuxième demi-produit par application d'une deuxième couche ionomère sur un deuxième support ; à appliquer une couche catalyseur cathodique sur la deuxième couche ionomère à l'aide d'une deuxième encre catalyseur ; à sécher la couche catalyseur cathodique, C) à retirer le premier et le deuxième support de la première, respectivement de la deuxième couche ionomère et à relier le premier demi-produit au deuxième demi-produit par une liaison de la première couche ionomère à la deuxième couche ionomère.
