An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for producing a microcapsule containing a pesticidal compound in a fatty acid ester such as methyl 0- acetylricinoleate, which delays the release timing of the pesticidal compound as compared to a conventional microcapsule. Provided is a method for producing a microcapsule, which comprises: (1) keeping a mixture of a pesticidal compound, a compound represented by formula (I) : wherein X represents -CH2-CH2- or -CH=CH-, R1 represents a C1-C4 alkyl group, and R2 represents a C1-C4 alkyl group, and a polyisocyanate at 20 to 60°C for 3 hours or more; (2) adding the mixture to water containing a polyol or a polyamine to prepare liquid droplets in the water; and (3) forming a film of polyurethane or polyurea around the droplets.
La présente invention porte sur une technique de fabrication de microcapsule contenant un composé pesticide dans un ester d'acide gras, tel que le méthyle 0-acétylricinoléate, qui retarde le moment de libération du composé pesticide par rapport à une microcapsule classique. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication d'une microcapsule qui consiste : (1) à maintenir un mélange d'un composé pesticide, composé représenté par la formule (I) : dans laquelle X représente CH2-CH2- ou CH=CH-, R1 représente un groupe alkyle C1-C4, et R2 représente un groupe alkyle C1-C4, et d'un poly-isocyanate, entre 20 et 60°C pendant 3 heures ou plus ; (2) à ajouter le mélange à de l'eau contenant un polyol ou une polyamine afin de préparer des gouttelettes de liquide dans l'eau, et (3) à former un film de polyuréthane ou de poly-urée autour des gouttelettes.
